Returns Policy
You may return
most new, unused items sold and fulfilled by Portalstolearning.com
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the
return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you
received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Contact us at

to notify us to expect the return.
Exchanges
If you received
a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please
contact returns@portalstolearning.com
and explain the problem. We will provide you with instructions for
returning the defective item and a shipping label to use. You will
be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.
You may place another order for the item you wish to exchange at any
time. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item
before placing the new order.
Refunds
You should
expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business
days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it
(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process
our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via
e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned
item.
Packing & Sending Your Return
You can pack and
send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

Pack the items
along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with
your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived
in or another box, if you prefer.

Affix the shipping label we will
provide to you to the outside of the box.

Leave the package for your mail
carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.
Please note that
return mailing labels obtained from us are valid for domestic returns
only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by us and your
return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that
returned item will be deducted from your refund.
